Return & Refund Policy
Due to an unfortunate increase in predatory practices abusing refund policies, Farm Hounds requires the return of purchased items before a refund can be processed. Fraudulent activity will be reported to the authorities.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, regardless of when it was purchased, please contact us at support@farmhounds.com and detail the product(s) you are unhappy with. We will promptly provide you with a complimentary return shipping label. Once we receive the returned products, we will process a refund within 10 business days.
Please retain all products from your order until we can determine the best course of action to resolve your issue.
Once the returned order has been received by Farm Hounds, your refund will be approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@farmhounds.com.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you would prefer to exchange or request a replacement order instead of a refund, we are happy to accommodate! Please retain all products from your order, as a return may be required to complete your request.
