What does my friend receive?
Your friend gets $20 off their first Farm Hounds order of $50 or more. That’s our way of saying welcome.
What do I receive?
Once your friend’s order goes through, you’ll earn $20 in Farm Hounds Rewards Points, right on your rewards account.
Who qualifies as a referred friend?
Your friend must be a new Farm Hounds customer, and their first order must be $50 or more to qualify.
When will my reward show up?
Once your friend’s order qualifies and their payment processes, your points should land within 1 to 2 business days. You can always check the status in your rewards dashboard.
Can I combine reward points with another promotion?
Your reward points apply as a discount code, and we can only run one code per order, so you can’t stack it with another discount. Good news: your points never expire and you still earn points on whatever order you use a code for.
What if I still have questions?
Email us at support@farmhounds.com or drop a note in our contact form. We’re happy to help sort it out.
