Southwest Bison has been stewarding sustainable regenerative ranch land in Texas for over 120 years. Pastured and raised on over 100 square miles of native savannahs and shortgrass prairies, their bison graze on natural organic pastures, using sustainable and regenerative grazing practices.
Lee and Mary Graese founded Northstar Bison in 1994, when they both understood from their nutritional backgrounds how valuable the meat was but there were no developed markets at the time. Since those early days, they practice regenerative grazing over thousands of acres and many small family farms.
The Jurgielewicz family has an 80-year tradition of providing the highest-quality Pekin duck products. They may have started this endeavor, but more than a dozen local family farms in Pennsylvania Dutch country now participate in helping to raise their ducks with the same respect and care.
