In the late 1990s, thisfamily farmembarked on a journey to build a regenerative pasture-based farm based on transparency with an open door to the public. Their goal is to provide the peace of mind that comes from having a direct relationship with a farmer you can know and trust.
Since 1998, thisfamily owned farmhas specialized in quality meat that are favorites among some of the best chefs in the Midwest. All of their animals are raised on pasture without the use of antibiotics. Their red meat and poultry processing plant is both on-farm & USDA-inspected.
